But, as I can only imagine, if you work in consultancy as I do, I guess you’d only wish you could have more time for your hobbies, right? After registering, I browsed around the forum and sub-foruns and from what I read, I think it is a potential resource to use if you’re in an SAP HCM/HR project implementation. You can start by the “SAP End-to-End Implementation” and look into the Free Demo and the existing topics. For sure that we need to think before buying any content, even for just 1$. But, as I said, I think this is a starting off website and forum and in my opinion, it has a good growing potential. It’s really up to us SAP gurus to push it up

Hi,
I need your advice.
I am a HR professional with a few HR certifications and have about 15 years of experience. The last I used SAP-HR was in 1998 (SAP R/3 v 4.3) but on a limited basis as an end-user.
I am currently unemployed and with the way the market is, it would be sometime before I get a HR job. I am thinking about becoming an SAP consultant but as a Power-User or SAP HCM End-user consultant. Note: I do not have programming skills hence I it would be difficult to an SAP programmer.
What are your thoughts about being a SAP HCM (ECC6.0) power-user consultant?
Are there any reliable companies that provide on-line training?
How effective are these training?
I was warned that there are many companies in India that provide training but unreliable it course material, training methodology and band-with, so I am looking for US or UK based companies.
Is there a demand for SAP-HCM power-users?
