About
Antonio Caldas
As a 10 year old, I started off with a used 48kb ZX Spectrum. My main interests at the time were games like Target Renegade, Space Invaders, Manic Miner, among others. After the still-to-be-computers came a whole new era, following a XT, I had the opportunity to buy a brand new 286, which at the time costed more than 2.000$. My father had to subscribe on a special student loan, which had a competitive interest rate.
Working as an Information Systems Consultant and IT Manager for over 10 years now, I’ve found that working with SAP brought me added value on how to deal and manage IT and Information Systems Projects. More than a hobby, this blog is aimed to propagate SAP knowledge exchange and help other SAP technology or functional Consultants finding any piece of useful information. Please participate with your comments and opinions, it will help enrich the SAP community. Thanks!

My career in IT started already 15 years ago when I was still sitting on the school bench. At that time I decided to pursuit an education in the area of IT and computer sciences. I was always interested in these bits and bytes and the way these tiny almost invisible things are linked together. Since 2005 I’m talking SAP, mainly in the area of HCM, Self-Services (XSS) and Netweaver Portal technologies. Now I started to contribute to SAPLAB.org. Enjoy and contribute.
